The inspiration for the Define brand was born out of getting together with friends on Friday nights. The beer and wine were flowing and hunger set in, out came the nibbles, crisps, olives, cheeses, and whatever else was in the cupboard. This would be thrown onto an odd plate or bowl and served. It soon became clear that there was a niche for some more stylish individual pieces for casual dining
We put some ideas on paper and together with the design team, we now had the nucleus. Once products were created we just needed more Friday nights to put them to the test! With too many hangovers to count, a few pounds heavier in weight and poorer in the pocket - Define - designed with friends in mind was launched for casual dining and outside entertaining or just as useful gifts
